Commercial Scene : Torrance Is New Site for CCH Computax

The $31-million, eight-story Centre Pointe office building at Hawthorne and Torrance boulevards in Torrance, which was just completed for Oxford Properties, Los Angeles, will be the new national headquarters for CCH Computax.

The architect is Albert C. Martin & Associates, Los Angeles, and the contractor is McCarthy/Pacific, Irvine. The complex includes the 306,000-square-foot office building and a 1,016-vehicle parking structure.
