Commercial Scene : Bank Signs Sublease on 4th Street Location
Security Pacific Bank at 1250 4th St., Santa Monica, has signed a long-term sublease from Lincoln Savings & Loan for 5,600 square feet of space at 1460 4th St.
The lease, negotiated by Julien J. Studley Inc., has an aggregate value in excess of $2.9 million.
