Commercial Scene : Headquarters Acquired for Bob’s Big Boy

The Avanessian/Parseghian Partnership, composed of two Glendale businessmen, has paid $2.25 million for the 17,000-square-foot corporate headquarters of Bob’s Big Boy, 1001 E. Colorado St., Glendale.

The partnership plans to lease the building back to the Marriott Corp., which purchased the restaurant chain 20 years ago, according to Dorothy Grebelsky and Armina Ghevian of Dilbeck Realtors, who represented the partnership.
