Commercial Scene : New Country Side Inn Planned in Yorba Linda

A $9-million, 107-suite Country Side Inn will open early next year at Savi Ranch Business Park, Yorba Linda. It will be the fifth Southland Country Side Inn.

Ayres Construction, Newport Beach, purchased the site from Savi Ranch Associates, Newport Beach, for $1.1 million. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties.
