Universal Savings Bank in Orange has realigned part of its management to parcel out the recently vacated job of administering the S&L;’s seven branches.

Harold R. Williams Jr., the institution’s chief financial officer, was promoted to chief operating officer. He will add overall branch administration to his duties. Dottie Nagatoshi, a former branch manager, was promoted to vice president for branch administration. Susan Harris, a former assistant vice president, was promoted to vice president for branch operations.

The changes came after Martin B. Richelli, an executive vice president for branch administration, resigned.
