Commercial Scene : Coldwell Banker Names Director of Investment

Fred C. Wasson has been named to the newly created position of director of investment for Coldwell Banker Capital Management Services.

Wasson’s primary responsibility will be for design of future investment programs for tax-exempt investors, in addition to heavy involvement in acquisition development and portfolio management.

Formerly with Hughes Aircraft Pension Fund, Wasson joined Coldwell Banker in 1981, and later served as a vice president and acquisition manager.
