Thomas B. Walker Jr. has been elected to the board of American Medical International Inc., Beverly Hills, bringing board membership to 14. Walker, 65, of Dallas, is a former general partner of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He retired in 1984 and continues as a limited partner.
