Ernest E. Renaud has been relieved of his duties as president and chief executive by the newly elected board of Church’s Fried Chicken, San Antonio. Alvin C. Copeland has been named chairman and chief executive, and James Flynn was named president. Copeland and Flynn retain those titles at A. Copeland Enterprises, which recently acquired Church’s. Renaud will continue as a director. In addition to Renaud, the new board includes Copeland, Alvin C. Copeland Jr., William Copeland, Lewis B. Kilbourne, Sterling W. Comeaux and Sangwoo Ahn.
