Bid for Sierracin Possible: Sierracin Corp. said a group of its executives along with an outside shareholder were considering making an offer to acquire the remaining 50% of the company that they don’t own. The investment group includes Sierracin Chairman Christoph Tribull. If a deal is completed, the Sylmar aerospace company would go private. Earlier this week, Sierracin reported that its net income in 1988 rose 54% to $3.1 million from the year-ago period. Revenue was up 14% to $82.7 million.
