Commercial Scene : 7.19-Acre Site Leased in San Diego for $11.9 Million

A 7.19-acre industrial park on Recho Road in the Miramar district in San Diego has been leased for 34.5 years for $11.9 million. The deal was arranged by John Burnham & Co. Commercial Real Estate brokers Brent Jacobs and John Hucko, who represented the lessee, the Daley Corp. of San Diego, and the lessor, Menlo Creekside Investment Co., also a San Diego company.

The property was acquired by the construction company for its new headquarters.
