‘Crossroads for Child Care’
There is in existence a near-perfect child-care program. Why don’t our President and Congress adopt the same plan Israel has with its kibbutz child care? Their children are well adjusted, receive the best education and are the backbone of that small nation.

Can anyone ask for more? They must be doing something right!
