ICN Biomedicals, a subsidiary of ICN Pharmaceuticals, said it plans to add 80 employees in Orange County and bring its local work force to 225. The Costa Mesa-based firm, which makes test kits and other products for clinics and hospitals, said the new positions were created by a transfer of operations to Orange County from other parts of the country.
