Auto Deal Targets Europe: Nissan Motor Iberica SA said it has reached an agreement in principle with Ford Motor Co. to develop a four-wheel-drive vehicle in Spain as part of a bid to carve out a larger share of the European auto market. Nissan hopes to double production of commercial and industrial vehicles to 160,000 units at its Barcelona plant by 1993.
