Two Haitians charged with the armed hijacking of a Cessna 402, owned by Mission Aviation Fellowship of Redlands, Calif., to Miami from their homeland were ordered held without bond by a federal magistrate who said they posed a risk of fleeing and were a danger to the community. U.S. Magistrate William C. Turnoff also appointed public defenders to represent Guillaume Berlioze and Fadael Milord. The attorneys said both men were involved in the unsuccessful coup against the government of Gen. Prosper Avril last week and feared for their lives.
