ABC again had the top-rated show of the week in “Roseanne” but still came in third overall because of some low-rated weekend programming, figures from the A.C. Nielsen Co. showed Tuesday. NBC finished first for the 43rd week in a row, although there was nothing to cheer in the premieres of two new series, “Dream Street” (No. 42) and “The Jim Henson Hour” (No. 71). The latter shared the bottom rungs of the Nielsen ladder with such ABC offerings as “Moonlighting,” “Great Circuses of the World” and “Men.” The full list of ratings is on Page 8.

* NBC doesn’t have a “Lonesome Dove” on its hands in “Around the World in 80 Days.” The premiere of the three-part miniseries Sunday night finished third in its time period behind ABC’s TV movie “A Deadly Silence” and CBS’ TV movie “Love and Betrayal.”
