Gerald H. Trautman Jr. has been named president of Testerion Laboratories Inc., Cucamonga, and Testerion Canada, the North American subsidiaries of Mania GmbH, a group of companies with headquarters in West Germany. Trautman previously was vice president-finance at Testerion Laboratories, which tests printed circuit boards.
