Construction is under way on Terraden/Ontario-II, a $2.7-million, three-building industrial park, by Robert L. Riley, Redondo Beach, at Vineyard Avenue and Francis Street in Ontario.
The one-story structures will have 26,786, 57,178 and 92,216 square feet. The architect is Himes, Peterson, Mason Architects, Costa Mesa and the contractor is Breton Construction Inc., Irvine. The sale/lease agent is the San Gabriel office of Coldwell Banker.
