Commercial Scene : Engineering Firm Leases in Planned Building
Williamson & Schmid, an Irvine-based civil engineering firm, has leased 47,000 square feet of space in a structure to be built next year at the southwest corner of Industrial Drive and Redhill Avenue in Tustin. The Newport Beach office of Coldwell Banker represented both Williamson & Schmid and the lessor, W&S; Commercial Inc., Irvine, in the $8.2-million transaction. Scher Voit assisted in the negotiations.
The engineering concern will be a co-owner of the building, which is expected to be ready for occupancy in the first quarter of next year.
