Commercial Scene : Moreno Valley Apartment Units Sold by Syndicator

Real estate syndicator Mark Mandelbaum has sold a 136-unit apartment complex at 25445 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, to Carlos Perez. The Riverside and Los Angeles offices of The Hanes Co. represented the seller in the $6.9-million transaction.
