Why hasn’t it ever occurred to those opposing insurance companies to take operational control of a company and run it their way?

With “fair” rates, the world would beat a path to the door.

It would teach a lesson to the insurance companies that have supposedly been doing it all wrong for so long. Or, maybe it would teach a lesson to the new risk-takers whose money would then be where their mouth is now.
