Commercial Scene : Construction Completed on Ontario Warehouse

Construction has been completed on a 316,424-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility at 5500 E. Francis St., Ontario.

The $11-million, divisible building, situated on a 14.5-acre parcel within the master-planned 500-acre Vintage Industrial Park, is equal in size to about six football fields.

A development of Union Pacific Realty, the facility was built by C.W. Driver Construction Co. of Los Angeles and is being marketed by the Riverside and San Gabriel Valley offices of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
