Commercial Scene : Navy Engineering Unit Takes Lease in La Mesa

The Navy Facilities Engineering Command has signed a 10-year, $2.8-million lease for 12,852 square feet of office space in a three-story office complex at 8530 La Mesa Blvd., La Mesa.

Walsh & Chacon represented the Navy in the negotiations. Coldwell Banker represented Misco Building Associates Ltd., the California partnership that owns the building.
