Ropak Corp. has completed its acquisition of the assets of JIT Corp., a Southfield, Mich., maker of handling and storage products for plastic materials, for about $3 million in cash. Ropak Corp., based in Fullerton, is a maker of packaging and handling products for foods, coatings and a variety of agricultural and industrial materials.
