Susan Tohbe has been named senior vice president and manager of Bank of America’s World Banking Group Finance. Tohbe, formerly senior vice president-finance and operations at Oakland Tribune Inc., succeeds Richard Holmes, who was recently named head of the bank’s Latin America trading activities and managing director of its investment bank in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
