Trio-Tech International Loses $748,000 for Quarter

Trio-Tech International said it lost $748,000 in the third quarter ended March 25 as sales fell 10% to $3.8 million.

In the year-earlier quarter, the San Fernando maker of semiconductor test equipment lost $25,000 on sales of $4.2 million.

For the nine months, Trio-Tech lost $907,000, compared to a loss of $203,000 a year earlier. Revenue increased 5% in the period to $12.9 million.
