Suit Over Disney Pavilion: Plans for a South American pavilion at Walt Disney World’s Epcot Center in Orlando, Fla., were derailed by prospective partners from Paraguay, according to a damage suit filed in Orlando by an Argentine company. The Circuit Court lawsuit, seeking $35 million in damages from five Paraguayans, said the failure of the investors to put up $2 million for shares in the venture caused the company to forfeit its license to operate the pavilion at Disney.
