COMMERCIAL SCENE : Construction Started on Torrance Building

Construction has begun on a $3.4-million headquarters and warehouse for Personal Computer Centre.

Breton Construction Inc. of Irvine is building the two-story, 36,000-square-foot facility in Torrance Business Park, 19950 Mariner Ave. Completion is expected in late summer.
