I was full of disgust and outrage at the “demonstration” at Berkeley (Part I, May 21).
That was pure rampaging, thievery and destruction of private property, besides being a waste of taxpayers’ money in calling up the police and firemen.
Thousands upon thousands of brave Chinese protested peacefully in Beijing against their lack of liberty.
The fools at Berkeley just wanted a “good time.” Ha!
