Petro Oil Announces Venture to Build Plant

Petro Oil & Gas Inc. of Beverly Hills and Perkins Power Inc. announced a joint venture to build a $50-million polyurethane plant in Sheridan, Wyo.

Petro will arrange for construction financing, and the plant will use Petro’s coal-limestone-salt production technology, which the company plans to use in four similar plants in China.
