Calpaco Paper Acquires Building in Industry

Calpaco Paper Co. has acquired a 131,000-square-foot industrial building in City of Industry for $5.3 million to serve as a major distribution center, according to the Seeley Co.’s San Gabriel Valley office, which represented the seller, Isabel Investments of Culver City.

The new Calpaco facility is a tilt-up concrete building with dock-high loading and 22-foot interior clearance.
