Swedish Company to Build Business Center

Swedish developer CentrumInvest has completed arrangements with Ninteman Construction Co. to start work on River Village, a $25-million shopping, business and entertainment center at the intersection of California 76 and Mission Road in Bonsall.

Construction will be under way by June 1, with expected completion by June, 1990, according to project managers Andrew Wright and Greg R. Neville.

Included in development of the center are more than $1 million in improvements to the intersection and more than $600,000 in landscape improvements.
