For every 17-hour day that Tabsh puts in, there are nurses and clerical staff members who put in 12-hour days. Staff members often come in on weekends and their days off just to keep up with the tremendous workload generated by Tabsh. This type of dedication occurs because of the respect the staff has for his work and their concern for the patients themselves. In the 15 years that I have worked in the field of obstetrics, I have never seen such devotion generated in so many people by one physician.
