Palm Center Shopping Center in La Habra has been sold for $1.34 million, according to the real estate brokerage firm that handled the transaction.

The center, at the northwest corner of La Habra Boulevard and Palm Street, was bought by Palm Center Partners, an Orange County syndicate, said Scott R. Wilson, a Sperry Van Ness vice president who represented the buyer and seller. The center had been owned by its original developer, Seung Hwan Han of Santa Ana.

The complex sold for close to $180 per square foot. It consists of seven retail units.
