CBOT Suspends Member: The Chicago Board of Trade has suspended Capcom Financial Services Ltd., a commodities trading firm that also is accused of participating in a worldwide drug-smuggling and money-laundering scheme, the Chicago Sun-Times reported. Capcom, it said, was barred from any association with the exchange, effective July 17. The CBOT, however, refused to confirm or deny the story.
