Moviegoers such as Banks automatically believe that it is the fault of the theater manager when problems occur, and they take out their frustrations out on him or her.
Theater managers do care about the presentation of their films. If a film is scratched or somehow otherwise marred, attendance is lowered and moviegoers’ hostilities grow.
