McFarlane

I find it ironic if not ludicrous that Robert C. McFarlane of recent notoriety (Iran-Contra), and an acknowledged co-conspirator in the subversion of our government, now discourses in the columns of The Times on “How Does a Nation Get From Communism to Something Better?” (Op-Ed Page, June 12). I suppose we can now look to McFarlane telling us all about how to run a government in hard cover and paperback. Hubris or comedy?
