Commercial Scene : Law Firm Takes Lease on Avenue of the Stars

In a transaction valued at more than $10.1 million, the law firm of Gipson, Hoffman & Pancione has leased 28,400 square feet of space in the 1901 Avenue of the Stars building, Century City, from Shuwa Investment Corp.

Cushman & Wakefield of California represented Shuwa in the 10-year lease, while the law firm was represented by Coldwell Banker. The firm will occupy space on the 11th and 12th floors of the 20-year-old, 20-story building.
