Commercial Scene : County Leases GAINS Office in Panorama City

Los Angeles County has leased a 23,500-square-foot office building at 14345 Roscoe Blvd., Panorama City, to house its Greater Avenues of Independence (GAIN) program.
Grubb & Ellis represented both the county and the owner, Del Rey Properties of Burbank, in the 10-year, $3,625,000 transaction.
