Commercial Scene : Rialto Rental Complex Has New Ownership

Rialto Autumn Ridge Co., a partnership, has purchased the 140-unit Autumn Ridge apartment complex at 1036 Riverside Ave., Rialto, from the Senior Corp., Miami Beach, Fla. The Hanes Co., Woodland Hills, represented both parties in the $6,350,000 transaction.
