Synbiotics has postponed its previously scheduled July 13 annual meeting, according to Synbiotics spokeswoman Wendy Johnson. The shareholder meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. July 27 at the new Radisson Suite Hotel at 11520 West Bernardo Court in Rancho Bernardo. Synbiotics was forced to postpone the meeting because some proxy statements were not mailed in time, Johnson said.
