Catholic Bishops Prohibit Mass for Gay, Lesbian Organization

Bravo for Webb! And for The Times for printing his dynamic column on gays hiding in the closet! I hope every gay and lesbian gets around to reading it. Joe McCarthy and his witch hunts drove me out of the closet, the only thing I can thank him for. It wasn’t easy but I’ve never regretted it. You closet queens (and you locked-up lesbians) come on out--the feeling’s fine.
