Sammis PCA Partners added two more industrial properties to the Brea Central Business Park, having spent $30 million for all three.

The partnership--which pairs the Irvine developer Sammis Co. with Boston’s Property Capital Associates, a real estate investment adviser--also recently bought Sammis Business Center/Walnut for $17 million and Reyes Drive Distribution Building in the City of Industry.

The Brea property cost $10 million.

The partnership said it will spend up to $250 million buying industrial properties in its major markets, which include Washington, Chicago and Atlanta, as well as Southern California.
