Dan Wilcox has been named senior vice president of consumer loan administration for Pacific Savings Bank’s retail banking group. He had previously been vice president of consumer lending for the Costa Mesa-based bank. Before joining Pacific, he held various consumer lending administrative positions at California Federal Savings & Loan, Los Angeles, and American Savings in the San Gabriel Valley.
