All of the homes have either Spanish Colonial or Spanish Monterey designs. The development will have 7,500 homes when it is completed in about five years.

Most of the development is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., although some of the builders keep other hours. The project can be reached from the southbound Perris Boulevard exit of California 60.
