Commercial Scene : Retail Structure Sold in Escondido for $2 Million

A 22,000-square-foot retail building on a two-acre site at 510 W. 13th Ave. in Escondido has been sold for $2.1 million.

Ruth B. Mizell, Trustee UTD sold the property to John and Mary Grant, Trustees of the Grant Family Trust. Corrigan Commercial Real Estate Services of San Diego handled the transaction.
