Elliott Corporation Names Vice Presidents

Larry Combs and Gary Monroe have been named vice presidents of Elliott Corp., a Newport Beach-based general contracting company.
Combs, who had been director of construction, will be responsible for all phases of construction operations, scheduling and management of the field staff.
Monroe, who had been appointed director of operations in March, will now oversee the company’s project management staff and the estimating operations.
