Commercial Scene : Orange County Health Unit Leases Quarters

The environmental health division of the County of Orange Health Care Agency has signed a 20-year, $8,893,200 lease with Hutton Development Co. for the 29,644-square-foot, 2009 W. Edinger building in Santa Ana. EHD will relocate its 190 employees into the newly renovated, two-story building by late summer.
