Metrocolor Going Out of Business: Metrocolor, the historic film processing lab, will go out of business next month, said Lorimar-Telepictures. Lorimar, a unit of Warner Communications Inc., acquired the lab several years ago and agreed to sell a half-interest to Walt Disney Co. in 1987, but a source said Disney is seeking to rescind the deal on grounds that it was defrauded.
