New York investor David A. Rocker has increased his stake in San Diego-based Beeba’s Creations to 8.8%, or 405,500 common shares. Rocker bought a net of 47,700 shares of the clothing maker between June 23 and July 13 for $12.25 to $14.25 a share, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
