Ronald Hoover has been appointed senior vice president of Diceon Electronics Inc., where he will be responsible for sales, marketing, operations, quality and engineering for circuit board operations. Before joining Diceon, Hoover spent 10 years at AMP Inc. in various manufacturing and engineering positions, most recently as vice president of Signal Transmission Products Group. Diceon Electronics Inc., Irvine, manufactures circuit boards and backpanels.
